What is
Ultimate Frisbee?
Ultimate (Frisbee) is an active and contactless team sport played with a disc. The goal of the game is to reach the opposite side of the court by passing the disc between the team members. It can be played indoors and outdoors. Players are not allowed to move while holding the disc.

Ultimate is similar to many other team sports. One unique thing is that there are no judges (not even in high-level games). Respect for the opponent is essential and that makes the game very enjoyable.
